Mississippi -- (my native State of MS is supposed to have presented a revised comprehensive technology master plan to the Legislature during the Fall of 2004; however, that plan has not been submitted yet. When it is submitted and made public, NCTP will provide a link here to the revised document.) However, in the interim, you can read the Master Plan prepared by the MS Dept of Education.
